I chug my wine glass and then the other, turn on my heel head back to the bar and order two more. Alexa is looking at me like I am batshit crazy, "Lily, what realization did you have?" Alexa asks me as the bartender hands me my two glasses. "They are introducing the prince tonight and for some reason I have a feeling it will fuck up my life." Alexa looks at me concerned, "I know you are a contender for being his mate but the way you and Noah are together it seems almost cruel if the Moon Goddess didn't pair you and Noah together as mates." I look at her, tears in my eyes. I take a deep breathe and close my eyes, composing myself. "I agree, I know she always has a good reason for doing things but it will hurt if Noah isn't my mate." I whisper. Alexa nods and rubs my back. "You're strong Lily, everything will be fine. Now, let's head over to Noah." She smiles at me softly. I nod and walk with her to my loved one.
