On Senior Prom Sonic was going to have a great time with his 'boyfriend' Knuckles. But turns out it was a set up that he framed Sonic for selling Cocaine and it worked. Once Sonic was thrown in jail, everyone who knew him abandoned him (even his own family). He turned to a life of crime (for a short while) after getting out of prison.
