Samantha Reilly has grown up in the midst of a loud, charismatic and tight-knit big family. A family as it so happens, that includes more than just Reilly blood relations. The Meyers, Sam's parent's oldest friends have raised their own family alongside the Reillys. Sam couldn't remember a day without the Meyers kids around, until six years ago, when the Meyers family moved away. Away from their close friends and the city, while gradually diminishing the time spent between friends.
Sam never expected she'd form a close friendship with Charlie Meyers, her older brother Derek's best friend. With the daily texts and more similarities shared with Charlie than she could have predicted, she can't help but grudgingly admit to herself that she might be falling for this boy.
But when you live in a family like these two, and you reach for what it is your heart desires, there are often more hearts to break than just your own.
