Just a bunch of poems I write to help get through life. You can see my journey through anxiety, friendships, relationships, sexuality confusion, family nonsense and depression. You might relate. Reflections: A Journey of Overcoming Mental Illness and Returning to God
The following pages are my reflections of my last 13 years battling with mental health issues and my recent return to God. These years have been filled with struggle, traumas, and pain. It's no coincidence that when these struggles started, I turned my back on God and my faith and spent most of the rest of these years in darkness, depression, and despair. However, since returning to my faith, I have experienced a tremendous amount of healing, and my life has changed in ways I didn't think possible. Once haunted with my past, I have now rediscovered hope in my life, and the sting associated with my mental health issue have begun to fade. Each topic in this book covers some aspect of my mental health journey and how God has transformed my life and my perspective. This is the story of my healing.Complete
