Teddy Whitman is a regular girl who likes to bake. When she arrives late to school and needs to give her away in hopes of making friends, she unknowingly gives her last brownies to the three bad boys of Westlake High.
In hopes of becoming a vet, she tries to apply for an internship at the local veterinarian.
When that falls through, she applies for a job at an animal shelter but soon the animal shelter will close down leaving tons of animals stranded.
Teddy teams up with her new friends in hopes of keeping the animal shelter in business in this fun and witty story.
