The military people have showed up but they couldn't do much, because all he does is keep coming back. The hot pink comes once a year, on August 24th. It starts at the same time every year. From 6pm to 10pm we are dealing with him. Why is he called hot pink anyways? We call him hot pink because you get too close it's too hot, and his fur looks hot pink.
