Written to be Forgotten
A content available for my turbulent mind. This was a compilation of the things I have done from 2020 to 2023, both prose and poem alike. It may be written in English/Filipino or maybe in both, with some inspired by real life situations with a twist of fiction. These works were written when I was younger, hence the randomness. Now that I am older, I find this nostalgic but a bit extra (cringe). There were a lot of grammatical errors I made while writing, please don't take that to heart. Since childhood, I can't feel the love of my parents. Ni hindi nila kayang ngumiti para sa akin. They've known me as an outsider. I'm a woman, and it's considered a curse to our family. ......... I have the darkest, and most shattering past so I live my life shattering and breaking anyone who blocks my way. I'm no longer the boy who cowers and who whimpers to beg. I don't give mercy. I'm hard as stone but...... I HAVE ONE WEAKNESS that no one should ever find out. ........ Both bruised. They wished that things were better. Unfortunately... it's not. ........ When fate decides, can they heal each other? Can they accept and mend those broken parts? Can they learn to love when they've NEVER known what it means for they've NEVER felt it? ........ Isang punong isa na bilang aking kaibigan. Sa kanya ko sinasabi ang aking problemang di maintindihan. His Confession I have a confession to make, about a girl named Yelena. She is my childhood sweetheart. Lumaki ako at nagkaisip na siya ang palaging kasama ko. Nang matutunan ko ang kahulugan ng salitang "pag-ibig", nalaman ko rin na si Yelena ang pag-ibig ko. Hindi naging madali para sa amin ang lahat. Dahil sa akin, naghirap si Yelena, nasaktan, at paulit-ulit na lumuha. I suddenly realized one day the gap between us. Sa paglipas ng mga araw, lumayo ang loob niya sa akin. And before I knew it, she already hates me. I felt like she suddenly became a stranger. I tried reaching out but she keeps rejecting me. I also hated her that time, alam ko naman na mahal din niya ako. Pero palagi ko siyang natatagpuan kasama ang iba, and jealousy is killing me inside. Hanggang sa dumating ang isang pangyayaring nagbigay linaw sa akin. Kung bakit siya lumalayo, and why she keeps rejecting me. All these time, I didn't know I am hurting her. Masarap magmahal lalo na pag mahal ka din ng taong minamahal mo. Pero paano kung ang taong inaakala mong mahal ka ay nagawa kang pagtaksilan...at ang masakit pa dun ay mismong bestfriend mo ang naging dahilan kung bakit ka nasasaktan ngayon.. Kadalasang gingawa ng mga taong nasaktan..lumalayo sila to amend their broken heart but what if yung ginawa mong paglayo to move on ay makakakilala ka ng isang taong tutulong sayo to fix your heart and the whole you... Handa ka bang buksan muli ang puso mo sa bagong pag-ibig??? Sometimes...and some people they'red rather to take the risk than to let someone even they know na masasaktan ulit sila...
