Zhu was a girl that was left alone in the world fending for herself at a young age. She in many ways was like the very well known Wei Wuxian from the Jiang Clan of Yunmeng. But in many ways she was also very different. She taught herself everything she knows about cultivation and just travels the land freely. That is until she falls into the craziness happening between all five major clans. She made friends with Wen Ning well saving him from getting killed by a accident created by his sister. For a few days she found shelter with Wen Ning and Wen Qing at the Supervisory Office in Yiling. She quickly left late at night so she wouldn't get captured by Wen Chao or put the two siblings in any danger of getting caught hiding her. Zhu went on for days sleeping in trees with no food, she had used all her money to buy her sword Ryuu. That dragon sword helped her save not only her life but many others. That was until she fell into a trap set by Wen Chao. Who captured her and tried to get out any information by any means possible. She was bloody and locked in a dungeon for who knows how long before someone very unexpected broke her out and even gave her back her sword, helping her escape even if they were to die doing so. As she ran as quickly as possible she sent up a silent prayer hoping it would help who ever needed it. After finding a stream to clean herself up in she managed to find something to eat, before heading on a trail towards Gusu. On her way there she ran into Lan Xichen who was also running for his life. Seeing that she was injured he did what he could to help her, while she provided information on where most of Wen Chao's men were, and what ways not to go. After a few days she left again soon finding herself back tracking and going to the Burial Mounds, where she met Wei Wuxian after a month.
