❝You may have to fight a battle more than once to win.❞ - Margaret Thatcher ☾ Xandra Olivia Richards, a girl with elemental powers controlled by the organization HYDRA, is given the mission to befriend Peter Parker, aka Spider-man, gain his trust and lure him to them to use as a weapon. It was a "kill or be killed" situation. And for Olivia, who had barely known any other life than this, the mere thought of another option wasn't an option - or so she thought. Possessing the power to control and manipulate the four elements, as well as growing her skills in telekinesis and resurrection, she was more powerful than anything they'd ever seen. But they wanted Spider-Man - and man's greed knows no bounds. And not the dangers a teenage girl could pose to them, either. ☾ ❝In that moment she knew, life had not intended for her to be happy. Through all the loss and pain, manipulation and torture, isolation and hunger, she had always been alone. And she was sure she'd be that way until she died.❞ ☾ [Post!Civil War] [Peter Parker]

Post NWH; fixit. In the weeks and months following the spell, Peter's life has been... suboptimal. Nothing particularly terrible has happened (yet), but every day he goes longer and longer without meaningful personal contact, he feels like he loses a part of himself. He's really not sure how much longer he can keep this up. Meanwhile, MJ and Ned keep having weird experiences. Memories seem to flash and flutter, disappearing before they can grasp them, and it's getting increasingly annoying. It feels like they're missing something big, but with their friendship intact, senior year coming to a close, and the looming promise of MIT in the fall, they can't tell what it is. Between the mystery of Peter Parker (the coffee boy who keeps showing up at her job), the unreliability of her own memories, and the stress of her school life, MJ doesn't quite know how to feel. But she's always loved a good mystery, and Peter Parker certainly is one.
