A mysterious girl with a wariness of humans. A shiny Pichu with a fascination of them.

Amika is a strange girl, able to wield the powers of Pokémon. Adopted by Arceus when her powers manifested, she has barely interacted with humans in years. Though kind to Pokémon, she has yet to realize that there might be more to other people than just destruction.

A series of disasters has left many people scarred, and Ash is no exception. Even with Pikachu by his side, the shadows of the past just won't leave him alone.

When disaster strikes Alola, Amika is sent to the Pokémon School to help protect the region. Under the guise of normalcy, she may be able to both save Alola, and see the world from new eyes.

But at what cost?
