Lexie, is a young woman with her head full of dreams. Since her earliest childhood, she has been immersed in a rock'n roll universe and is fond of electric guitar.

Fresh out of a photography school, she's about to leave her native country to join the famous magazine Kerrang as a photographer, and intends to take advantage of being in the United States to deepen her passion for music.

It was during her last holidays before leaving that Ellie, her childhood best friend, tell her that one of their favorite band Palaye Royale, announced a European tour to promote their new album. And better than that, they decided to organize auditions in order to find a French band who will accompany them on their dates.

An opportunity that they must honor by passing those auditions.

But they were far from imagining that this day would change their lives forever...

The title of the story comes from the song Désobéissance by French singer Mylène Farmer which means : disobedience.
