Nobody knows where Kotabahara is, but somehow, exiles from different nations tend to find their way and make the place their refuge. None of them knew why the kingdom fell anyway, but they are just glad to be far away from their oppressors. Their lives are about to change when Dungan, the self-proclaimed founder of Kotabahara, suddenly appears from the heavens.
