Aditya is a tall rugged but plain faced young man. He is in love with Maithri since three years but cant get through to her because she is heavily guarded. Also now he lives in a different city.
Still he finds luck somehow favoring him when his father excuses himself and sends only Aditya to reevaluate a contract with Maithri's father, Vikram. The revaluation keeps on getting postponed and Aditya is left in Maithri's company uninterrupted for hours. Aditya makes most of it.
Maithri is curious as to the big failure in her father's guard. She dismisses it to his recent drinking and covers for him. Aditya comes accross as a well mannered guy and she finds herself increasingly attracted to him.
But everything falls apart in a midnight burglary.
As both Aditya and Vikram are repeatedly threatened and attacked, Maithri has to team up with the subtly flirting suitor and her distracted father.
