Waterworn

The Island of Hexsel has, for as long as the residents can remember, been tormented by a beast which lurks in the oceans that surrounds it. Battle after battle has proven fruitless for the village, and over time, their numbers have been severely reduced by floods, starvation, and outright attacks. But even after being forced into isolation, the beast in the water didn't let up. While the majority was left to deal with their impending doom, trying to enjoy their last days, a shipwreck on the shore finally pushes the chief's daughter, Alice, to action. With the two lone survivors of the wreck, Alice decides to take matters into her own hands. For both the village, and her brother.
