As Russia continues to learn about America he starts to notice that some people in Americas life are toxic and he decide to try and make America life better.-

Part I - Dystopia Dystopia(noun) - an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic. When young Russia learned that word, he laughed. Wasn't that the way things were all the time? Didn't the strong, power-hungry countries with the authority start arguments and break laws, making life miserable and intolerable for the weak?
