7:49 P.M. talks about the different challenges faced by the two lovers namely Ayvah Raine Ishakawa and Rhys Joon. Their relationship was as perfect as what they ever dreamt until a very challenging trial came into their lives.

Ayvah got sick and everything changed. The happiness she felt before turned into sadness, the colorful life of her turns gray and everything became lifeless.

Rhys on the other hand kept on praying and did not loose hope for Ayvah. He knew that she is too strong to handle things which came to her life. He was too tired actually but he didn't think of giving up on his lover. Not until someone caught his attention and everything turns into something they never expected.
