The Grim Reaper is on a frenzy, having freshly decapitated a seventeen year old boy. The scene is set in Restate Town, which is very large yet is very non-violent. The "crimes" that happen here are bicycle thievery and insurance frauds. The namesake police station, with two old-aged officers, are put in a difficult stance on this strange never-before-witnessed violent act.
The Reaper is seeking someone, someone who would be responsible for something unexpected and calamitous, if not retrieved. And the kid who got slit, he has two friends who are destroyed by the engulfing sadness. But if they ever met him, he would PAY.
Read this tale, said in a strangely "comforting" style.

Y/N L/N is a happy, kind and caring person who is about to graduate high school but unfortunately for him, he is set back by an obstacle. He is at risk for failing his senior year due to many absences, low grades and not meeting other requirements for graduation.
