Neon is a quiet man, he just graduated from university with a degree in creative writing and lives in a quiet town in central Alabama. He lives with his father, a close to retirement psychiatrist. They get along well, but have trouble communicating. Neon's mother and sister live in California and are much more high energy, the opposite of Neon and his father. Life carries on like this until Neon starts to have premonitions, making him question his sanity. Nico, a Guardian, guides Neon through his newfound challenges. Neon's own doubts and a clever therapist make him question, is any of this real?
