Astrid James, a twenty-eight year old tawny haired brown eyed road manager, has had mild success managing small time bands but her life is thrown into chaos when Mötley Crüe's managers hire her on to try and control the wild men on tour. It doesn't take long for her to find out that every story or rumor she heard about them is most likely true. She'll learn first hand that the men are destructive  and chaotic on their best days and horrific drug fueled nightmares at their worst.

The one thing everyone failed to mention to her was how attractive and odd Mötley Crüe's guitar player is. Astrid will have to decide if Mick Mars is worth breaking her rule of not getting involved with the talent and how much she's willing to put up with before being pushed over the edge.All Rights Reserved

This short story, to me, is a bit different from other Lexx stories that I've seen here, or even other Motley fan fiction stories that I've read here. It's a lot of self reflections of the characters, more so than a story line, although it does have one. But, Crue fan fiction writers here on Wattpad have been my inspiration because you get my mind cranking with ideas. So thank you. This is my first attempt at writing. Surprisingly, I'm a regular gal who just loves Motley Crue and other music from the era. I pretty much have a band crush, with particular affection for Nikki. Some of the writing here on Wattpad is so good, that I might find myself getting a little envious over a fictional character, LOL. So, oddly enough, I decided to write a Lexx story....nothing for me to envy.
