So basically dio is still ambitiously evil, However he doesn't kill his dog or try to poison george. They're still brought up together and they learn to love each other and end up having a secret relationship behind closed doors. This has a severe impact on dio as jojo makes him feel emotions unlike anyone else.
Oh for anyone wondering, Dio is top, Jonathan is bottom. But sometimes its the other way round ❤🌈
