It's been 4 years since Three saw Eight, and she's getting pretty depressed by that. The fact that the team just recovered from the "Fuzzy goo invasion", and being promoted to captain, isn't really helping much with the captain's personal problems. But when Eight seems to go missing, and there are reports of an invasion where she lives, Captain Three starts getting worried. DISCLAIMER: I have not played the latest splatoon game yet, so NO SPOILERS PLZ. Everything here that relates to the game is pure speculation from the trailer. So much has happened the past few years, DJ Octavio's defeat in claiming the Great Zapfish, Commander Tarter's doomsday laser, and Mr. Grizz's failed attempt to bring mammals back to the planet. Some of which could have spelled the end of Inkling-kind and the end of the world, but now a year has passed and things have finally settled down for the New Squidbeak Splatoon. Sort of... DJ Octavio is still loose, and a band of criminals and disgruntled turfers has made a name for themselves in Inkopolis. And to make matters worse, the Great Zapfish has been stolen!...again. At the same time, a few creatures, the likes of which the world thought would never see again, has stepped back out into the light to a world they are never prepared for. But there is more to these creatures than it meets the eye. Can the heroic agents of Splatoon save the day yet again? And can these creatures cope with this new world they're thrusted into. And if these two races meet, will they bide in friendship, or will someone go splat? "P.S. It has been over a year since I touched this story, I just posted it up here in case someone would like to see it. But if there are enough people interested, I may think about writing more of this story again."
Farris and the Octarian Blast
Farris and the Octarian Blast is a personal project of mine that dates back to high school. It went on hiatus for a while but went back into production in 2022. It was finished by April of 2022. This is the story of Kaito Farrisa Kenyard, who often goes by Farris. He's a long-standing recruit of the S.F.C.N.Y. (Shrewmain Fight Club of New York), a group of inklings that recently moved to Inkopolis to get some more experience in battles. Lately, Farris has been neglected for one of SFCNY's newer prospects, Ally, and Farris is feeling like he doesn't have a place anymore. As the battles continued, he found himself seeking you out more and more, eager to see you in action. One day, after a particularly intense match, he finally worked up the courage to approach you. From that moment, a new chapter began for both the Octoling and you. You started spending time together outside of battles, exploring Inkopolis, sharing your favorite spots, and learning more about each other's worlds. You discovered that behind his tough exterior, he had a heart of gold and a passion for music that matched your own. Your connection deepened with every shared laugh and ink-splattered adventure. Whether it was battling in the Splatlands, jamming out to your favorite tunes, or simply hanging out in the plaza, every moment was a splash of vibrant color in your lives. What kind of colorful adventures will unfold next? The future is as bright and unpredictable as a fresh match of Turf War. I can't wait to see how this story ends!
