College: The Freshman Year

Keilani's summer has been haunted by Carter. Carter isn't dead, but she is to him. Thankfully, she can count on her freshman year at the University of Notre Dame to be a fresh start. As she spends her summer healing from her first heartbreak, she makes a freshman year bucket list:

1. Find her stereotypical lifelong college best friend
2. Figure out some part of her life's purpose and
3. Replace Carter with the perfect college boyfriend.

Once on campus, Keilani begins to encounter the realities of college life. Crossing off her freshman year bucket list would be harder than she thought. College was way more complicated than the cute movie cliches and nostalgic alumni stories. No one mentioned the parts of freshman year that sucked.
