A former US Marine named Lan'kai Samoa travels back home to Hawaii for the funeral of his late father. Having left home on a bad note with his folks a few years prior, he moves to the small and breezy island of Molokai where he meets a beautiful yet mysterious young woman named Ramona Manu who changes his life forever. 

This is a short story fanfiction with Jhene Aiko and Jason Mamoa.
