Lyza isn't a Jedi, not anymore, not since her friend slaughtered her fellow padawans and her old master fled to an unknown location to die. She is simply a woman who wants to feel while staying well within the light and a valuable resistance fighter.
All of this changes when a young boy with a strong sense for the force is rescued by the resistance. Lyza goes on a journey with the best damn pilot in the resistance to train the boy to understand the force.
Along the way, realizes who she is and that maybe, she's not the only force sensitive being entrusted with keeping the peace.

She also meets the dashing pilot Poe Dameron, who makes her feel whole again. Will their budding romance ruin her dreams of becoming a Jedi? Will she be able save her brother from the clutches of Supreme Leader Snoke? *I do not own any of these characters.
