Hoseok, the local Puppeteer, was putting on a show Daegu. He wanted to see if their was any people he could "puppet" per say. He knew how to control people like they were puppets and make them do anything he'd say.
He opened a shop in Daegu for this purpose, though he didn't know an innocent boy would come to the shop.
