Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. Izuku Midoriya a young teenage boy in the world of superpowers where the strong ruled the weak. Ever since when he was young when he first got diagnosed for his quirk, he was quirkless. That alone didn't bring him down but it made his friends turn their back on him. They belittled him, insult him and even go far to hurt him with their quirks. He alone weak in a world and even All Might didn't support his dream, he was left with nothing but anger. The anger is not for anyone but himself. He blamed himself but he knew he couldn't control what he was given. Now when he was on his last breaths something changed. Within the limits of the world he was given a quir- no a power. One that can surpass his limits, one that can make him go beyond and one that can even overpower gods.
