where the police and the citizens blame all heroes/ people with quirks (instead of 80% of the population have quirks and 20% is quirkless it is going to be 20% have quirks and 80% don't there are going to be a few changes like not as many heroes or hero schools but that is probably going to be it I well let you guys know if there is any other changes) after an invent happened that well change all history as we know it. police locking up any heroes, villains, teachers of schools that teach how to be a hero, and the family members of them in a place only the most dangerous villains used to be locked up in. U.A the school where heroes are formed and many other schools for heroes are know shut down.

Komi was good at most things in her life. Except for math...and confrontation -but other than that, she was smooth sailing it. Pish posh she may have been adopted by the number two hero under the guidance of helping his youngest son fulfil his personal desires, Komi was fine! She was...fairly happy! And hey, maybe her quirk being on the more physical side wasn't an ideal setting, but that quirk is what got Komi through the UA High School Hero Exam and earned her a spot in Class 1A, along side her brother. Komi just had to learn to live with her quirk, because whether she liked it or not, her quirk wasn't going away any time soon. Oh, and maybe, small chance, per-say that Komi finally starts acting like how most people do her age now that she's free from Endeavour's tormented hands. And maybe there's one, or two...possibly three and why not just say like a million things she's missed out on that she's now learning. Izuku Midoriya was bullied and looked upon as a waste of space for the majority of his life. It only got worse when everyone found out that he was quirkless. From then on the kind-hearted soul started to turn dark. He was given a chance to redeem himself and with this chance he plans to make Bakugo suffer the same way he made him suffer. This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long.
