where the police and the citizens blame all heroes/ people with quirks (instead of 80% of the population have quirks and 20% is quirkless it is going to be 20% have quirks and 80% don't there are going to be a few changes like not as many heroes or hero schools but that is probably going to be it I well let you guys know if there is any other changes) after an invent happened that well change all history as we know it. police locking up any heroes, villains, teachers of schools that teach how to be a hero, and the family members of them in a place only the most dangerous villains used to be locked up in. U.A the school where heroes are formed and many other schools for heroes are know shut down.
