In the year 2020 at the famous city of Rangalia lived a group of people who have been thriving for centuries and possess psychic power. They were classified as Espers. In every school at Rangalia, every student that has the ability of an Esper have been undergoing training in order to make them stronger. Apparently, Aldrin Seldom doesn't have any psychic ability, he doesn't go to school. After the failed assassination of the 1st princess Elise Roosevelt, Aldrin was there coincidentally and saved her. After that he felt good about saving the princess and tried playing a hero. After he saves her, a strange feeling came out of his body, and he suddenly realized that he awakened his true power. He knew he needs to stop the evil organization to prevent their uprising. Emma, the cruel princess and the sister of Elise always helps Aldrin on what he needs. Ren on the other hand is also his friend who got involved in his problem and helped hi many times than he can count. The boss of the evil organization plans on using a strange magic to create his own weapon to change the human race, but what he's really trying to achieve is the destruction of humanity.
