Eastwood is a town suddenly plagued by darkness and mistrust as a serial killer runs rampant across its bleak, overcast streets. Evie and River are drawn together when they find the first body, and their connection only deepens as they work to find the killer. However, when the stakes become personal and the victims a little too close to home, their pasts catch up to them and old secrets come to light. One things for sure: none of this is as simple as anyone thinks.
