Fear had been spread across the city once a powerful man had rose up with years of preparing exactly for the day he would finally be in complete control of everything. Kim Taehyung was his exact name, he was a psychotic mastermind within all the schemes he had made just to get where he was , even he broke many laws. Police could never say anything to him, he had been making financial deals with other leaders globally without a single trace of exact details on the meeting he had took on with each leader. However, there was a police officer, Ryujin who had enough of everything he had been doing, she didn't like anything he had been doing to their city...gradually destroying it with each move he made. With all the money Taehyung made from the other leaders by making successful financial deals, he stored all of the money within a overly large warehouse with plans for it. Though Ryujin had a huge lead on him, keeping up with wherever he had went, no officer had ever dared to keep a sharp eye on his every move. Ryujin decided to play with the devils nerves, burning the money so he had nothing left but ashes of what had used to be money.
