Everyone is given a spirit animal at birth. There are some cases where the person would be able to gain a special ability or power off of their spirit animal. Some examples are: If you have a bird, you could fly. If you have a marine animal, you could breath underwater. If your animal is stealthy, you could turn invisible. There also have been a few rare cases where the person would be able to turn into their spirit animal. There is even rarer cases (only five records recorded) of someone being able to do both. It all sounds nice and neat, right? When you're born, you're given an animal to represent you and you have a chance of gaining special abilities. But, there are stereotypes that surround certain animals. Some examples are: If you're a wolf, you're loyal. If you're a dog, you're forgiving. If you're a bird, you're all about freedom. But, most aren't positive. Like: If you're a cat, you're moody and short tempered. If you're a raccoon, you're greedy. If you're a fox, you're untrustworthy. If you're a snake, you're manipulative. If you're a shark, you're a blood thirsty murder. It was actually proven that you're spirit animal is not chosen off of these stereotypes. Still, people believe in them. That's what leads us to this point in Gabriel's life. He got sent to this weird magic camp thing and he's lonely and depressed. He got separated from his siblings and no one there wanted to talk to him because of the stereotypes around his name. Then, he met a deer who saw him as an individual and not under the labels he was given. There's also Destiel and Michifer in the background. :3 Also! Warning! This fic has non-consensual human experimentations that leave trama and causes a bit of PTSD.

COMPLETED STORY The agony is like nothing I have ever felt before, I slide in and out of consciousness, I feel the strange sway of the two legged's walk as I am being carried through the woods, I wish to call out to my mate but I am weakened by the torments cast upon me. I have been laid down in the cold snow and my tormenter is digging in the frozen earth, I once again lose consciousness. The next time my eyes flutter open I have cold snow mixed with frozen dirt being thrown on my throbbing frame. I'm not sure what is going on. I'm freezing, hurt, and confused. I rouse to strange smells that are new to me, I'm colder than ever and something is definitely missing. I attempt to stand but immediately fall onto a fur covered ground, wait, fur... Where is my fur?!? Where did my tail go? Why do my paws look bare and have moving sticks coming out of them? Who stretched my legs out? What in tarnation happened to my fur? I guess that would explain why I'm cold. I begin to take in my surroundings, I am in a dead tree shelter but it looks completely different, there is a fire crackling near me but it does little to warm my bare skin, I'm startled by the sound of laughter, I look over and see a two legged is staring at me with a hint of humor in his eye. "You are very confused. I found you almost dead in a non descent grave. You were shot and bruised. I brought you here and made some... changes. It was the only way I could save you." The stranger explains. I don't really understand what he is saying, all I know is I want my fur back.
