NASA launched its new space program, space colonisation onto a newly discovered exoplanet, one which is an exact copy of what Earth looked like millions of years ago, but the scientists didn't have enough time to correctly examine it, who knows what they're going to find there

This Forsaken World
After suffering a world spread pandemic, world war three and finally a deadly virus that turns infected humans into zombies, the human race is pushed to the brink of extinction. Uniting the surviving governments into a single organization known as the New Alliance, the last survivors of humanity turn there efforts towards creating a fleet of starships to search for a new homeworld. Just as things begin to look up a fleet of unknown space ships enters the earth's orbit and lays siege to the planet. Forced to retreat, the New Alliance evacuates anyone they can and travels into the unknown, pursued and hunted by vampire-like creatures with an insatiable thirst for blood. Those unlucky enough to be left on Earth are captured and enslaved to serve as both labor force to fuel the alien species technology and to provide them with there life's blood. Challenger strikes again
In 1873, the HMS Challenger departed on a pioneering research expedition that would go on to change our perception of life. They would discover life in the deep sea, at pressures far beyond those considered livable. And through sheer coincidence, Challenger is also the name of the spaceship that is about to make a similar discovery in space. The spaceship and it's crew, completely unaware of what they have stumbled upon, are about to shatter Humanity's pre-conceptions about the possibilities of extraterrestrial life. The first human mission to Mars meets with near-disaster when a meteoroid strikes the spacecraft, almost destroying it. The ship is too far from Earth to simply turn around and return home. The eight-person crew must ride their crippled ship to Mars while they desperately struggle to survive. On Earth, powerful political forces that oppose human spaceflight try to use the accident as proof that sending humans into space is too dangerous to continue. The whole human space flight program hangs in the balance. And if the astronauts can't nurse their ship to Mars and back, the voyagers will become either the first Martian colonists-or the first humans to perish on another planet.
