Enjolras has always been annoyed by her presence, but never denied her entrance to the back room, partially because feared angering the boys and Madame Hucheloup who all seemed to adore this simple girl, but also because he always found himself unable to utter a reasonable sounding world in a conversation with her. With the impending revolution, the leader of Les Amis de l'ABC has no time to think about the irrelevant girl. Courfeyrac, their best friend. The centre of the group. He's always there to support his friends, to tell a joke or two and to mend everyone's problems. Can it be that he is not all he seems to be? "No one speaks to me the way you have been lately" He warned, his eyes trained on mine. "What are you going to do, kill me?" I answered back, my gaze focused only on his kissable full lips. "Much worse." I didn't have time to comprehend anything before he gripped my hips and slammed me down onto the bed, making my breath hitch. My hair had covered my face from the impact, very quickly I pushed it out of my way when Luca hovered over my body, his hands holding him up on each side of me. "Wha-" He shut me up by placing his lips on mine, making my entire insides melt. Sparks jolted throughout my body as his soft lips molded with mine, he kissed me with so much need and urgency that a quiet moan unexpectedly escaped from me... ••• Luca Vendor, the name that shoots shivers down people's spines. He's dark and mysterious, never loved and has always been taught to show zero emotion. When he comes across Kimberly Folin, a beautiful American woman, he's intrigued by her sassy attitude and ability to turn him down. Eton College is the world's most prestigious boarding school. It's also just opened it's coveted doors to the female half of the population. When Grace was forced to take the entrance exams and subsequently got in, she assumed that leaving home to go to boarding school wouldn't be all that different to living with her parents who had never paid her much attention. And she was right. For a while. She thought that she'd have to deal with pranks and tones of sexual innuendos. Instead what gives her trouble is the Eton vocabulary, classes on a Saturday and being thrust into the centre of things when actually, she's perfectly happy to sit in the background being ignored. She's also being filmed for a documentary about the school and is suddenly made moderately famous. All that sort of goes on a back burner though because before she knows it, she's on the rowing team and best friends with (and falling for) the world's most eligible bachelor - the Crown Prince of Great Brittan and the Commonwealth, His Royal Highness Benjamin "just call me Ben" the Prince of Wales. Surrounded by new friends who have normal relationships with their parents and gaining confidence from them, Grace comes to question the way she was raised for the first time, but can she and her parents carve out a new relationship when they are so far apart and hardly see one another? And just how do you go about being the best friend of the future king?
