After about 6 months later, I met Carl, the same jack-ass Carl who flirted with every girl in my grade, except me. With him and his 'family' I eventually moved in with them and became one of them. Carl Grimes's life was great. He had both parents, a ton of friends, and a great role model. His dad was a sheriff at the King's County Police Department, while his mom was a stay at home mother. His role model just so happened to be his dad's best friend and partner at the station, Shane Walsh. Carl was content with his life. What more could he want? Emily Walsh was a good girl. She would anything to please her mother, who was never around. Straight A's, teacher's pet, the quiet student who never got in trouble, etc. Though she didn't have friends, she excelled in school.
