"no good ever came from telling someone you can manipulate them."

Not all mutants are able to come out of the shadows and tell the world to take them as they are. CIA Agent Josephine March is one such mutant. It takes a team of people just like Josie to break her from her shell and show her there is so much more she can be doing than simply being Moira McTaggerts partner in crime.

What follows is Josie's push into the world of mutants, friends, love, and trying to figure out her place in this world while also trying to save a man she never thought she'd fall for.

First book in the Erik Lehnsherr series "I never thought the day would come when I would be the poison in the pen I use to write. You said you were alone in somewhat of a nervous tone." Riley McCoy came into this world as a Mutant, one with outstanding power. She could walk through walls/floors and turn people/things into heaps of dust with just a flick of her hand. Despite all of that, she was nothing special, in her eyes at least. That all changed when she met a man by the name of Erik Lehnsherr who was astounded by her power. Started 7/20/16 Finished 8/26/16
