Years ago, a local mental asylum experienced a tuberculosis outbreak resulting in the death of many patients, including, Charlotte, a woman locked up against her will.
The same asylum is now used as a hotel of sorts for thrill-seeking teens, like Adeline and her group of friends who to decide to stay the night as one of their last nights together in high school before graduation. Despite joking taunts towards the dead patients, they experience an uneventful night. Yet, Adeline begins to notice strange happenings within the next few days and weeks. Though she dismisses the strange occurrences at first, she finds it impossible to ignore when those around her begin dying in suspicious ways. Follow Adeline along a trail of intrigue, romance, and fear, in her search of the truth in which she learns every action has consequences and begins to question reality.
