Tom was on set for Civil War as there was an overview meeting with the main cast because stunt filming was starting. Everyone as sitting around a table on the side of set when Robert Downey Jr. said that a [Y/N] girl was running late and she said to start without her.
He just listed to everyone talk about how badass this girl was and Tom started to get curious, especially when Anthony Mackie started joking about how she was going to show Tom up on set . . .
