Elizabeth Mitchell Howard is your average girl. She occasionally thinks about meeting "the one," and has a good family. She can't wait for her Sixteenth birthday, because whenever people turn Sixteen, they can see a red string. This red string is attached to your soulmate. Elizabeth, or Eliza, as she likes to be called, has never dated anyone. She was a very pretty girl, and a lot of people liked her. But still Eliza didn't want heartbreak, so waited to date her soulmate. But once she sees who her soulmate is, she notices something about him.. (Inspiration from @sleeeppppy's book "Complicated") I wrote this book because one of my friends told me I couldn't write a romance book, and also since I read Sleesppppy's book it was really cool, u should read it, it goes more into detail about the string AU.)

"The roses are dead, The violets are too, Don't mention romance, You'll make me spew." Francesca Burton knows all there is to know about love and romance. She knows that love is for the naïve and romance is for the delusional. Her parents taught her that. So, there is absolutely no chance that some (admittedly) good-looking, (vaguely) charming, (annoyingly) lopsided-grinning, golden boy is going to convince her otherwise. End of story. Except it isn't. Because they have to do a school project together. And the golden boy just said four little words that are going to change everything - irrevocably and forever... "I have an idea."
