But what if I told you, within the 80% of people with quirks, there was that 1% of people with quirks so, UNIMAGINABLY POWERFUL, they'd shake the world with their very existence. THAT's what this story is. New, Prodigal Students with those UNIMAGINABLY powerful quirks will be Attending. And the head of this pack is the auspicious Gekido Arashiryu, who was born seemingly blessed...with the power of a DRAGON. Disclaimer: There will be MASSIVE My Hero Academia manga and anime spoilers and references of other media.( Monster Hunter, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Black Myth Wukong, Nioh, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Godzilla, and many other anime and games) Side Note: It's pretty obvious, but to answer any future questions, this story is in an alternate timeline where everyone's' quirk, were already developing. Example: Deku can use more than 50% of OFA without damaging himself.
