"Expect the Unexpected" follows the bittersweet journey of Janice, a strong and outspoken girl, and Jason, a quiet and shy guy she once shared an undefined love with back in senior high school. As life took them apart and trials pushed Janice into unexpected relationships, she struggled to find herself again - until a twist of fate brought Jason back into her life after four years. From heartbreak, healing, reconnection, and rediscovery, this story unfolds in Janice's heartfelt point of view until Chapter 15 - and continues with Jason's silent side of the story from Chapter 16 to 20.

A story of timing, trust, pain, and second chances - because sometimes, the heart remembers what the mind tries to forget.

Cherish The Moments We Had Together no A Story of Second Chances and New Beginnings When Ethan Collins is uprooted from everything familiar-his hometown, his friends, his girlfriend-and transplanted to Westwood in the middle of junior year, he's convinced his life is over. Armed with bitter resentment and a long-distance relationship he's determined to maintain, he arrives at Westwood High expecting nothing but misery. What he finds instead is a world that refuses to let him wallow. There's Andy, the effortlessly charismatic athlete who won't take no for an answer. Dayna Prescott, the mysterious "Westwood royalty" who seems to have her own agenda. And a cast of characters who all seem to know who he is before he's even introduced himself-courtesy of his surgeon mother's growing legend and his lawyer father's rising star. Ethan doesn't want a fresh start. He wants his old life back. But as boxes get unpacked and unfamiliar hallways become navigable, he begins to realize that maybe-just maybe-being forced to rebuild isn't the end of his story. It might be the beginning of something he never knew he needed. This is a story about the messy reality of starting over. About the guilt of moving forward when part of you wants to stay stuck. About discovering that sometimes the worst thing that can happen to you opens the door to the best thing you never saw coming. Not every ending is an ending. Sometimes it's just an uncomfortable new chapter. Disclaimer: This work is a completely original piece of fiction.
