Haylee Thorne is happy with her life. She has the perfect Slytherin boyfriend, the perfect looks, the smarts, all of it. That is until on the day of her sixteenth birthday, the summer before they go back to school, her parents spring a bombshell surprise on her, and she isn't happy with it at all.
Sirius Black has noticed Haylee Thorne at school, and he's always thought there was something special about her. When his parents spring a surprise on him, he has a feeling that the other end of this surprise deal, is the girl he's been watching since Divination when they were thirteen.
What's the bombshell they're both sprung with? How will it affect their current relationships? Why exactly did their parents make this deal? And most importantly, will they be happy with the results?
