For characters to be eligible in this award ceremony:

1. They must be in official fanfics that are NOT one-shot. (Harry Potter is not considered one-shot due to ongoing situations in that fanfic).

2. They must be nominated for either official awards or unofficial ones that I come up with in different cerrmomies.

3. Major characters will be required to attend whether they are nominated or not.

4. All eligible fanfics will be required to attend the ceremony.
