Caleb Hanson always had to be perfect. He had to have the school wrapped around his finger, first position in all sports, the perfect girlfriend, the perfect grade, the perfect life. He was pushed into perfection by his father at a very young age, and there was no way to fight him off. Not without getting a beating to the ground by the man who raised him. So he did everything he could to be that perfect son not only to protect his mother but to protect his siblings. But after a tragic incident that ended his mother's life he couldn't take his father's beatings anymore. His father pushed him too far; he couldn't take being perfect any longer. So he found a way to be imperfect. Cutting, scaring his body to make him feel imperfect. But the questions still remain, haunting him. Can he get his family away from this perfectionist monster?
