18 year old McKenzie Hannon is moving from her Florida home to live with her friend, Rayne Smith in California. Her older brother, Logan, will be swimming around the US on his way to Canada. Why would he swim the whole way? Well, McKenzie and Logan are half mer people. With McKenzie moving in with Rayne at her beach house, she is ready to tell her the secret, but on the plane meets a brown curly haired singer on the plane, only to realize they would become closer than they thought. With the rest of his band coming to hang with the two girls, they end up figuring out new things about McKenzie that they thought was just a fantasy. As they meet new people, their adventures grew, and the story went on. But the only question is will McKenzie be exposed to the whole world?
