Lee Yoojung, a cheerful teen who cares about her father very much. She has a best friend named Park Jinyoung, who is often mistaken as her boyfriend because of how close they are. Yoojung seemed to have the perfect life anyone would want.

But then Yoojung's world turns upside down when she gets a call from one of her father's coworkers. That day, she had lost her only family member. A couple days after her father's funeral, when night came, a man appeared at her doorsteps. When she questions him, he invites her to be part of a "Secret Society" of BigHit, a big group of assassins. Yoojung agrees to join the next day, leaving Jinyoung behind asleep in her room.

6 years later, Nicole, the name Yoojung goes by, became one of the top two assassins along with her partner, Jung Hoseok. They are forced to follow orders and requests from their boss, Bang Sihyuk. Being in the top of the Secret Society of BigHit, the two partners work together to accomplish Sihyuk's wishes. Their sub-unit team, BTS, is assigned to kill 30 people. What Nicole, Yoojung, doesn't know is that the last five targets are people she knows, including someone special to her. Park Jinyoung, who had become a cop, and the other four targets are friends of his.
