Dean and Cas were best friends when they were in middle school but John found out Cas was gay and told him to never come near Dean again. Dean never actually knew why Cas stopped coming around, which leads to Dean highly disliking Castiel but they end up at the same party. They both end up both playing seven minutes in heaven. Unfortunately the bottle lands on the two of them.
