Friendship. Love. Loss. Two friends have had their share of Drama as they navigate their hectic school life as they reach for their end goal. At the Blue Ridge Professional School competition is as fierce as the race to get to the Great White Way. 

I will be adding a glossary by chapter to explain dance and stage terms in depth without interrupting the flow of the story. Terms used will also be at the bottom of the chapter.

There's not much she wouldn't do or leave behind for the opportunity, which doesn't surprise anyone because she's been doing it since she first put on a pair of ballet shoes. School, boys, friends, family; it all became nonexistent as her number one priority, always, is her training. After she picks up and leaves to attend The Motion Dance Academy in California, she quickly realizes her time there will be a challenge. Between the hierarchy amongst peers and abuse of power from instructors there are countless personal struggles that ballerina's who train the way these girls do have to deal with day in and day out. And while Avery is able to juggle the high demands and expectations of her training at TMDA, meeting a boy is not something she saw coming. She doesn't know how to maintain a dance-life balance, but after all these years, is more than willing to try... for him. Cooper, a wildly talented guitarist who plays in a band is everything she should stay away from with his tattoos, piercings, long bleached hair and that smile of his. But she quickly learns Cooper is a lot more than he appears on the outside. He is an aspiring singer-songwriter whose is struggling to break from his band and produce his own original music. Avery finds a way for them to work together in the upcoming fall showcase where she needs to stand out in her solo and he can break in to getting his songs out there for the world to hear. In Every Way is a story that dives deep into the dance industry and what it's really like to have the pressures of being a professional ballerina while intertwining original lyrics from a musician who is inspired by the girl in the pointe shoes.

Being a writer was the dream she held since she was a child, but to be the best, she needed to make a name for herself. However the local scholarships were not enough to cover the costs of attending her dream school. Evie was determined to find a way to pay for her education, but she was running out of options. That was, until West came back. West was a childhood friend. They used to play together when they were kids, but as they grew older, they drifted apart and lost touch. It's been a couple of years since they had last seen each other, and when West randomly needed to stay at Evie's house for a few weeks, she wasn't sure what to expect. They each needed a plan to get what they wanted, and they each had what the other needed. It seemed like a win-win situation for both of them. Or so they thought that is until a an old fling reappears that could jeopardizes their deal. Will they be able to keep love out of this story?

A not so innocent blonde, and a very outgoing, annoying, brunette. Stuck between, just friends, or each other's love interests. What will they do? We walk passed this tree then she stops. "Wait! Can we sit under this tree, it's kinda hot, and also I'm getting lazy." I smile at her. "Of course!" I say going under the tree and sitting down. She walks over as well, I pull my hand out to help her, she takes it and sits next to me. "Wow, such a gentleman" she mocks. I laugh at her joke. I love that she makes me smile.
