Wanda Maximoff took a break from the Avengers, she wanted to live a normal life. She wanted to move to Starling City. 

When Wanda moves to Starling City, there she meets a man who assumed dead for five years. Oliver Queen. But when Oliver Queen comes back from the dead, a green hooded vigilante shows up to town removing the criminals off the street. 

Oliver than catches the eye of Wanda Maximoff, she was different than the girls that lived in Starling City. He wanted to get to know her, but what he didn't know he was speaking to one of the Earth's Mightiest Hero's; Scarlet Witch. 

Will Oliver fall for Wanda? Will Wanda be part of team arrow? What will happen to Oliver and Wanda?
