Laxus Dreyar and Ophelia Lockhart were known as the strongest rivals of FairyTail, and they knew it. Being at each other's throats since childhood, Laxus makes it a point to tear her down whenever possible, until one day his efforts go too far.

On an S-Class mission outside of Magnolia, Laxus' distraction elicits a detrimental injury, and his feelings for the Crystal Dragon Slayer begin to shine through the clouds of the never-ending thunderstorm within his heart.
