Due to a heart problem and some circumstances, Sofy Silverio met the ill-tempered but famous cardiac surgeon and businessman, Andrius Velasquez. Surprisingly, though, even with his monstrous demeanor, Sofy still managed to see the kindness that lies within him.

Andrius, on the other hand, knew that Sofy would only keep on reminding him of his past, but the harder he tries to keep himself from falling, the more his heart grows fonder.
